Support at Home Funding
Health N Able welcomes referrals for older adults who are:
Accessing services through the Australian Government's Support at Home program
Privately funding Occupational Therapy services
If you receive Support at Home funding and would like Health N Able to provide your Occupational Therapy services, we are happy to work with your Support at Home provider.
Where required, Health N Able can establish an agreement with your provider to deliver Occupational Therapy services under your funding arrangements.

Education and Training
