Hello, I'm Fiona James, an Occupational Therapist with over 24 years of experience supporting adults and older adults in the community.
Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping people remain independent by finding practical solutions that make everyday activities safer, easier and more achievable.
Whether that's identifying the right assistive technology, recommending home modifications or providing education to help someone get the most from their equipment, my focus is always on supporting people to continue doing the things that matter most to them.
As a mobile Occupational Therapy service, I visit clients in their own homes, allowing recommendations to be tailored to their individual environment, goals and daily routines.
