Health N Able provides mobile Occupational Therapy services for adults (18 years and over) who are living with disability and are either self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS.

Occupational Therapy works best when it is collaborative.
Health N Able works closely with participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and other health professionals to ensure recommendations are practical, individualised and aligned with participant goals.
Referrals
Health N Able welcomes referrals from:
NDIS participants

General Practitioners
Allied Health Professionals
Disability Support Providers
Self-referrals are welcome.
When making a referral, please let us know whether the participant's NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed.
Funding
Health N Able provides Occupational Therapy services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants aged 18 years and over.
At this time, NDIA-managed (Agency-managed) participants are not accepted.
