Self-referrals are welcome.

When making a referral, please let us know whether the participant's NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed.

Funding

Health N Able provides Occupational Therapy services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants aged 18 years and over.

At this time, NDIA-managed (Agency-managed) participants are not accepted.

If you're unsure how your NDIS plan is managed, or whether Occupational Therapy is included in your funding, please feel free to get in touch before making a referral.
